If the item received is not the one purchased on the website, customers should contact Rextore at info@rextore.org with their order number and a picture of the received items. Rextore will acknowledge the email within 2-3 working days, and the team will review and inform the customer of the next steps.

Rextore has a no return and no refund policy. As products are second-hand items at clearance prices, they are considered final once sold.

All items purchased on Rextore's website can be delivered for a flat fee of SGD 100 for locations with cargo lift or ground floor drop-off and SGD 150 for locations without cargo lift or multi-story address.

Self-collection is possible every Monday and Wednesday from 3 to 5 pm only.

The lead time for deliveries is 3 working days.
